L1Tracker offers a 1-day free trial before your first payment. No credit card is stored during the trial.
We offer full refunds within 7 days of your first successful payment. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.
To request a refund, email refunds@L1Tracker.com with the email address used to subscribe. We process refund requests within 3 business days.
If you receive a refund, your account will be immediately cancelled and access revoked.
We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
All payments are processed by Polar.sh. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
