  • Check the verification email first
  • Use password reset from the login page
  • Contact support if the email address was mistyped

  • Manage an active subscription from Account
  • Cancel inside the trial to avoid the first charge
  • Ask for manual review if Polar and app status disagree

  • Set an exam date before relying on pacing
  • Generate a schedule from the Schedule page
