How does the 3-day free trial work?
Pick a plan, enter card details, and you'll have full access for 72 hours. We'll email you 24 hours before the first charge. Cancel any time inside that window for a clean $0.00.

Can I switch from Monthly to Yearly later?
Yes. If you upgrade mid-month, we credit the unused portion of your monthly payment against the yearly price. Downgrading from Yearly to Monthly happens at renewal.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. We invoice in USD; your bank handles conversion.

Do you offer student or regional discounts?
Honestly — at $25 a year we already are the student discount. If $25 is genuinely a barrier in your region, email us and we'll sort something out.

What happens if I fail Level I and need to resit?
Your account, schedule, and study history carry over. Open a new sitting from your dashboard, point it at your next exam date, and the schedule rebuilds automatically.

Refund policy?
Cancel inside the 3-day trial: no charge. Cancel a monthly subscription: it ends at the next billing date. Cancel a yearly subscription within 14 days of purchase: full refund, no questions.

Can I share an account with my study group?
Each account is tied to one candidate's exam date and analytics — sharing would muddy your readiness score. Group features (shared decks, friendly leaderboards) are on the roadmap.
